I had nano brows done by Katy this week, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was a bit nervous at first because I have never done anything semi permanent and I am particular, but from the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional.

What impressed me most was how meticulous she was. She measured my brows multiple times to make sure they were perfectly balanced and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. She really listened to what I was hoping to achieve and made sure the final result reflected that.

Her studio was spotless, and I never felt rushed. She was patient, detail-oriented, and clearly takes tremendous pride in her work. You can tell she’s both an artist and a perfectionist.
