Eligibility and timing rules
Eligibility for Mega Volume Fills is limited to existing Katy Aesthetics clients who retain at least 50% of their original lash extensions. This service is scheduled exactly 3 weeks from your initial set appointment; appointments booked outside that 3-week window follow our refill timing policy.
If you arrive with fewer than half of the original extensions in place, this fill service is not appropriate and you should contact us to discuss next steps, which may include booking a full-set appointment. Our front desk will help you choose the best available slot and protect long-term lash condition.
What happens in appointment
In a focused 90 MINUTES session, your technician replaces lost extensions and rebuilds volume to match your existing set. The work concentrates on restoring density and shape without resetting the entire set; final appearance depends on remaining extensions, the condition of natural lashes, and how well retention has held since the original appointment.
Retention and longevity are influenced by seasonal factors common in Annandale's humid subtropical climate—summer humidity, seasonal allergies, and winter dryness can change how quickly extensions shed. Regular three-week fills during busy months like Jun, Jul, Dec, and Jan help maintain the dense look clients want for vacations and holiday events.

Katy Aesthetics is located near the Ravensworth Grove area of Annandale with easy access from Braddock Road, Little River Turnpike, and the Capital Beltway. Clients often plan fills around family schedules, commutes, school activities, and errands; we recommend booking for times that avoid peak commuter traffic to reduce appointment stress.
Because mid-summer and winter holidays are peak times (Jun, Jul, Dec, Jan), schedule early to hold your slot. The nearby Annandale Shopping Center, Mason District Park, and dining corridor make it convenient to combine a short appointment with errands or meals before or after your 90 MINUTES service.
